You can return items via mail or to the store with a receipt.  Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.  Most items must be returned within 30 days.  Some items are subject to special return policies; see the product description for more information.  Gift Cards, and e-Gift Cards, cannot be returned. Please read our Returns Policy below for details.

We will issue a full refund for any item with a defect returned within 30 days in new condition.
• Custom products can only be returned if defects in product or printing.
• A packing slip dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
• All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
• To make an exchange, simply return your item; then place an order for the item you would like.
• Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded when returning items.
When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund.  If the item was sent to you as a gift, we'll send you an e-Gift Card for the amount of the refund.

Turn shirt inside out, wash in cold or warm water on delicate cycle. Machine Dry on delicate Low heat. Iron from back of shirt. DO NOT iron directly on design, this will damage the print .
